Congratulations!

You might not quite believe it, but you have now learned all the techniques required to create an entire key stage system.

In this final section we will amend the example marksheet created earlier in the course and make the necessary changes to transform our worked example into the kind of marksheet that will form the model for a full scale, OFSTED-ready KS4 system.

By the end of this section you will have created a fully functional, industry standard model marksheet that is ready to be rolled out subject by subject to create an entire KS4 system. Your system will:

• Allow teachers to set targets, or have targets entered for them (eg from Fischer Family Trust)
• Accept teacher assessments termly (or more often as required);
• Calculate the residual value between the teacher assessment and the target
• Add RAG colours depending on the residual value
• Analyse each column, including showing average point scores and grade distributions
